Dr. Chun-Chien Chuang has performed on stages as a soloist, chamber musician, and orchestral violinist, across the United States, Europe, and Taiwan, including the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C., the Music Shed in Norfolk, Connecticut, the Musikverein Golden Hall in Vienna, and the National Music Hall in Taipei.

Ms. Chuang has enjoyed her role as the concertmaster of the Saint Joseph Symphony and has played with many other orchestras across the Midwest and Taiwan. She frequently plays for the Kansas City Symphony. Chun-Chien is the violinist of the Trio Fontana. A favorite musical setting for Chun-Chien is as a collaborative violinist with her pianist/organist husband, Dr. John Villaveces.

Chun-Chien holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Master of Music degree from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. She formerly taught at Ottawa University, Ottawa Suzuki Strings, and Heartland Chamber Music. She is passionate about teaching music to the younger generations and believes in Dr. Suzuki's philosophy "Every Child Can."
